    Intel CEO Brian Krzanich Resigns

Brian Krzanich, CEO of Intel, resigned , with immediate effect. A surprising decision at first, because since 2013 he was well stuck in the chair left by Paul Otellini. It was not a financial performance problem that cost him his job, but ... a "  relationship  " with a group employee.

This story gave rise to an internal investigation during which Brian Krzanich was convicted of violating the rules of "  non-fraternization  " in force among the directors of the company. We do not mess with the guide to good conduct at Intel, including when we are the CEO.
Acting at Intel will be headed by Bob Swan, who was previously the group's CFO. The board went off the hunt to find a new CEO.
This sudden transfer of power takes place in a singular context. On the one hand, the accounts are doing well: the company had an " excellent start  " in 2018, which should be a record year.
